By accessing or using TutorVela ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by LeapCoderz ("we", "us", "our").
TutorVela is a cloud-based tutoring center management platform that allows tutoring businesses to manage students, tutors, sessions, invoices, and communications. We offer a 15-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
After your free trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Subscription fees are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers on a locked price will not be affected by price changes during their subscription term.
All payments are processed securely. We accept payments via Razorpay (India) and PayPal (international). Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account after a 10-day grace period.
If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days after your first paid charge, contact us for a full refund. No refunds are issued for partial months or after 7 days of the billing date.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit spam or unsolicited messages; (c) upload malicious code or attempt to breach security; (d) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without permission.
You own the data you input into TutorVela (student records, invoices, etc.). We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, bugs, or data loss. We perform regular backups but recommend keeping your own records of critical data.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TutorVela shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
